Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you have placed the order.

The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.

For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
