How does it work?
When you sign up for the Candle Subscription Box, you’ll pay $75 per box each season.(Summer, Fall, Winter/Holiday, and Spring) Your subscription automatically continues each season unless you decide to cancel within your account before your upcoming bill date. Please note, ship dates are subject to change.
**Because of the nature of the items, all Candle Subscription Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned. Discount codes or special offers cannot be applied to Candle Box Subscriptions.**

Due to our longstanding partnership with UPS FedEx DHL, and other leading global carriers, we can offer a variety shipping options. Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods precisely according to the specifications we provide. Your products will be subjected to a thorough examination and will be properly packaged prior to being sent out. Every day we ship hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. Please note that orders with multiple items are given a processing time according to the particular item.
Prior to shipping Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
